Bethesda Row Store Reopening
Dear Framebridge Community,
Our Maryland store at Bethesda Row is now open in accordance with state and local laws. We are committed to developing new safety measures and operations protocols for our employees and customers so that everyone can feel comfortable in our stores.
We also want to take this moment to say how much our team has missed you! We love seeing you in person and helping you frame the photos, mementos, diplomas, and just about anything that helps you celebrate your life.We are excited to welcome you back, albeit with new rules and norms.
Keeping our community safe and preventing the spread of COVID-19 is a responsibility we share with our employees and our customers. Below we’ve outlined what we’re doing on our part. We ask that you adhere to these guidelines to keep yourself and our employees safe, too.
Social Distancing

Limited store capacity

At our Bethesda Row location, only one customer and one employee will be in-store at one time. If you are visiting our store, you are encouraged to come alone.

Design consultations by appointment only

In order to practice social distancing and effectively limit the number of persons in a store at a single time, we are requiring customers to sign up for a design consultation at a designated time. You can sign up here.

Reduced hours and modified staffing

We've reduced our store hours to 12-6pm. This allows our store team to work just one shift per day, reducing their exposure to other employees during a shift change.

Contactless Design Sessions and payment

Our consultations are now contactless. A design consultant will help you navigate and look at frame corners, without you having to directly touch the merchandise. Credit card payment will be contactless, or you may pay with Apple Pay.

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

Protective masks must be worn in store by all associates and customers at all times. Masks will be provided if you do not have one with you.

Gloves and Framebridge Face Shields are provided for additional, optional protection.
Increased Sanitization and Cleaning

Hand sanitizer is available throughout the store.

Workstations are disinfected between each consultation.

The store is regularly, professionally deep cleaned.

We have upgraded our filtration system to remove more contaminants, pollutants and virus droplets from the air than traditional filters.
Health Screenings (Employees only)

In addition to fostering an open dialogue with our associates about their health, all employees receive a fever screening before their shift starts each day. Employees who have a fever, other symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in close proximity to someone who has been sick, will be asked to receive medical treatment and not return to work until they are healthy.

We are continuing to provide generous paid sick leave for our employees to ensure a paycheck is not at the expense of health.
