Now Framing: Photos From the Smithsonian

Turns out you don’t have to go to the Smithsonian to get a piece of history in your home. Or head to the National Zoo to appreciate the cuteness of Tian Tian and Bao Bao, the giant pandas. The Smithsonian’s Open Access site now allows you to download, share and reuse millions of the Smithsonian’s images from their archives. No permission required!

Head on over to si.edu/openaccess to browse and download hi-res images then come right back here to frame them in minutes (they'll be plenty big enough).

Seriously, it’s so easy to get these incredible images framed and on your wall.

Of course, we have our eye on a few already.
