New Store Openings

Dear Framebridge community,

This September we are opening three new stores in Brooklyn and Atlanta. These stores are opening on the heels of the re-opening of our DC-area stores in June. When we reopened these stores we committed to developing new safety measures and operational protocols for our employees and customers so that everyone felt comfortable.

Since reopening, we have constantly taken employee and customer feedback to ensure we were delivering on this commitment. We are confident our contactless consultations, mask requirements, social distancing measures, and employee health screenings provide a safe and secure experience for all. We will be applying all of these safety measures to our new store locations.

We also want to take this moment to say how excited we are to see you in person in these new stores! We can’t wait to help you frame the photos, mementos, diplomas, and just about anything that helps you celebrate your life.

Keeping our community safe and preventing the spread of COVID-19 is a responsibility we share with our employees and our customers. Below we’ve outlined what we’re doing on our part. We ask that you adhere to these guidelines to keep yourself and our employees safe, too.

  • Social distancing

    • Limited store capacity

    • In order to practice social distancing and effectively limit the number of persons in a store at a single time, in some locations we are requiring customers to sign up for an appointment at a designated time.

    • Where local circumstances permit we will be open for limited capacity walk-in shopping while in others we will be open by appointment only. Please check your local store for details.

  • Contactless Design Sessions and payment

    • Our consultations are now contactless. A design consultant will help you navigate and look at frame corners, without you having to directly touch the merchandise. Credit card payment will be contactless, or you may pay with Apple Pay.

  • PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

    • Protective masks must be worn in stores by all associates and customers at all times. Masks will be provided if you do not have one with you.

    • Increased sanitization and cleaning

    • Hand sanitizer is available throughout the stores.

    • Workstations are cleaned between each consultation.

    • The stores are regularly, professionally deep cleaned.

    • We have upgraded our filtration systems to remove more contaminants, pollutants and virus droplets from the air than traditional filters.

  • Health Screenings (Employees only)

    • In addition to fostering an open dialogue with our associates about their health, all employees receive a fever screening before their shift starts each day. We are continuing to provide generous paid sick leave for our employees to ensure a paycheck is not at the expense of health.

    • Employees who have a fever, other symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in close proximity to someone who has been sick, will be asked to receive medical treatment and not return to work until they are healthy.

We can’t wait to see you!
