Taos Tintype at Framebridge Inwood Village

Visit Framebridge to receive a complimentary tintype portrait from Taos Tintype when you purchase any frame. Kids, pets, and grown ups are all welcome.

What's included in each 15 minute session:
A $200 value experience, complimentary with any frame purchase
- One handcrafted 4x5 tintype portrait
- One high-resolution digital scan, delivered via email approximately two weeks after the event

What to wear:

- Wearing clothing with patterns, layers, or texture, photograph the best in the tintype process
- Avoid plain white or solid black shirts, as they tend to lose detail in the final image
- If you wear transitional eye glasses, please note they will appear as sunglasses in your portrait. If possible, wear regular eyeglasses or remove them for your session

A few things to know:
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment! Every tintype is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind by nature of the historic process. Each appointment includes one image and one pose — though if someone blinks, we'll of course reshoot! We embrace the authenticity and candidness of the process.

After the event, the photographer will take all tintypes to complete post-processing, which includes scanning and varnishing. Finished tintypes will be returned to Framebridge Inwood Village for pickup and framing, with pickup available as early as Monday, August 31. You'll receive a text or email notification as soon as yours is ready!
