We provide secure packaging to make it easy to mail us your art. This service is included in the $10 mail-in fee, which is automatically added to your order when you select packaging or a shipping label to send your art.
Select your preferred packaging in cart, and we’ll send you shipping materials with a prepaid shipping label. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your packaging ships. Once you packaging arrives, securely package your art, adhere the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the packaging and drop it off at your nearest UPS drop-off location.
If your art is already securely packaged, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label for you to print and adhere to your packaging to mail us your art.

We provide secure packaging and track your art every step of the way. Once your piece arrives in our studio it's carefully unpacked and custom framed by our team of experts. Your custom framed piece is shipped back to you in secure, protective packaging.

Additionally, your piece is protected under our Art Care Guarantee.

We provide estimated delivery dates during checkout when you place your order, which is the most up-to-date timeline for when to expect your finished framed piece to arrive.

Your secure packaging typically ships the day after you place your order and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as it ships. Once your art arrives in our studio, custom framing will be completed and shipped within about a week.

You can mail us art up to 32” x 40”. Framing something larger? Visit your local retail store for oversized custom framing up to 40” x 60”.

Visit your account for the most up-to-date order status and tracking information. Additionally, we’ll send you tracking information and email updates when your packaging ships, when your art arrives in our studio and framing begins, and when your finished piece ships back to you.

We partner with UPS for shipping artwork to our studio. Once your piece is securely packaged, simply drop it off at your nearest UPS drop-off location.
