How does Designer’s Choice work?

If you need a hand picking the perfect frame, Designer’s Choice is a free service that provides design recommendations from one of our designers. After you check out and we’ve received your digital or physical image, the designer will send you four personalized frame mockups for you to choose from.

When will I receive my recommendations?

Once you check out, we’ll email you four personalized frame mockups within 48 hours of receiving your art. For digital uploads, you’ll receive recommendations within 48 hours of placing your order. For physical pieces or mail-in items, you’ll receive recommendations within 48 hours of their arrival in our studio.

What if I don’t like my recommendations?

Just reply to your designer with your feedback and we'll share new recommendations until you're happy with your order.

How long do I have to decide?

There’s no limit. Feel free to take as long as you need, but the faster you decide, the faster you will receive your finished piece.

How many designers will I work with?

From start to finish, you will collaborate with one designer so that they understand the scope of your project and can make the best recommendations for your artwork.
