What’s more, each frame can be customized with your own story, date, or detail–a beautiful touch that’s sure to give all the feels. Here, three ways to make your gifts extra special.
The date you first met. Your marathon finish time. A childhood nickname. A small brass plate in a subtle patina is a beautiful way to celebrate a special detail. When placing your frame order, simply select “Make it special” and add your preferred text–up to 25 characters on one or two lines. Our designers will engrave your message in a classic typewriter font and fasten the plate to the moulding at the bottom of your photo.
Our mat captions allow up to 40 characters on up to four lines, so they’re perfect for text that’s a bit longer. Maybe it’s a line from your favorite song, a sweet thing your kid told you, or a silly dad joke. To customize your frame with a mat caption, simply select “Make it special” and add your personal message. You can choose your font and text placement, either left aligned, right aligned, or centered under your art.
Capture the story behind your framed image with a printed note sheet that tucks into a pocket on the back of your frame. It’s a wonderful way to always remember the details of a special moment, like what you both ordered for dinner on your first date, or all the stops you took on that epic road trip. When placing your order, simply select “Make it special” and add your text (up to 640 characters). Your personalized message will be printed and enclosed in an envelope on the back of the frame. If you prefer, you can leave the message space empty and instead hand write your own note, or use the concealed envelope to tuck away special invitations, tickets, or love notes. It’s also a safe place to store the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) for your artwork.
